Next Gen Creators

Emerging Talent. Fresh Perspective.

Kicking off our Mountain Merchants is a dynamic group of young artists showcasing their passion, skill, and originality. Expect everything from crochet plushies and beaded jewelry to glassworks, masks, photography, and clay creations. These makers are the future of craft—and they’re starting strong.

Aris Aberg

Aris has been creating custom crystal beaded jewelry under the name Surreality Designs since 2021. Each piece is carefully crafted to bring joy and healing through intuitive design and energetic infusion. As this jewelry is created with the unity and oneness of all beings in mind, 10% of all sales will be donated in support of water infrastructure in Laikipia County, Kenya.

Nils Aberg

Hi! My name is Nils. I’m a photographer based out of Durango, Colorado. I started carrying a camera with me on my adventures a handful of years ago in the Evergreen area. This hobby has since enhanced my experiences in the outdoors and pushed me to view the natural world as something worth sharing.

Alexander Barnhart

Explore the work of *Alexander and a Camera*, an 18-year-old Compass Montessori graduate whose photography challenges the boundaries of the medium. His portfolio features striking landscapes from Bhutan, Alaskan wildlife, and imaginative digital collages. Whether capturing a single moment or layering time through portraits, Alexander’s work invites viewers to see the world—and the image—in a wholly new light.

Barro and Bec

My work is grounded in the joy of hand building and the intuitive process of shaping clay. Recently, I’ve been inspired by nature’s quiet collaborators in decay and renewal—mushrooms, snails, and slugs. They’re strange, small, and endlessly fun to create. Each piece celebrates the beauty in the overlooked and the whimsical charm of the natural world.

Dizzy Doodles

Meet Foster Gray, the 11-year-old Evergreen Middle Schooler behind Dizzy Doodles—a spin art button-making booth where creativity becomes wearable art. Half the proceeds support his dream trip to the Galápagos Islands. Born from a screen-free grounding, his “Dizzy Doodler” lets visitors craft colorful spin art, which he turns into unique buttons. Jamie Haith

Jamie Haith is a ceramic and Lampwork glass artist, local to Evergreen Colorado. Recently graduated with a degree in fine arts, she is fascinated by animals and has always been drawn to capturing the details of nature in 3D mediums. Inspired by the structures and patterns of life, she loves to create pieces that are functional, wearable, and playful.

Naomi Kaup

Naomi is a 15-year-old artist who’s called Evergreen home for most of her life. A creative spirit with a wide range of interests—taekwondo, tail making, quadrobics, and all forms of art—she dreams of becoming a Spanish teacher. Naomi has spent her summer volunteering with Center for the Arts and will begin her sophomore year at Evergreen High this fall.

Jack Neal

Meet Jack, a talented young maker with a passion for crafting handmade crochet plushies and heartfelt gifts. Each piece is carefully stitched with patience, charm, and attention to detail—soft, lovable, and full of personality. Whether you’re looking for a unique gift or a new fuzzy companion, stop by Jack’s booth and discover something truly special.

Kaiya Haag

Meet Kaiya Haag, a creative 10th grader from Evergreen and the talent behind Kai’s Kreations. Driven by her love of animals, Kaiya designs and handcrafts detailed, lifelike animal masks that are as fun as they are artistic. Stop by her booth to explore her unique creations and support a young artist bringing imagination and craftsmanship to life.
