Jenna Weidner, a Colorado native and 2017 graduate of Evergreen High School is a singer-songwriter living in Nashville, Tennessee and works for the biggest guitar brand in the world, Gibson. Growing up in Evergreen, Jenna was an active member of the performing arts community. From a very young age, Jenna was involved in the Evergreen Prelude and Children’s Choral. Jenna also took dance lessons at the Kinetic Arts Dance Studio and took guitar and piano lessons at the Evergreen School of Music. In the summers, Jenna participated in the summer music camps held at Center Stage. With the Evergreen Children’s Choral, Jenna was able to sing at Carnegie Hall in New York City in 2011 and again in 2017 with the Evergreen High School’s top choir, Choral Images. In 2017, Jenna sang in the Colorado All State Choir which was held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. When Jenna was 16, her guitar teacher Kevin Alumbaugh, put together a band for Jenna including a few other students to have her open at the first Summer Lake House Concert series in 2015. Jenna sang and played guitar at her high school graduation with a few of her choir friends.

Jenna wrote her first song at age 12. Jenna didn’t know how she would pursue her love for music as a career, but she always knew that music would be her path. Jenna was accepted to Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee and studied music business. Studying music business in the heart of music city has helped get Jenna to where she is today.

After graduation, Jenna began working for Gibson in their very first retail store, The Gibson Garage, in December 2021. Jenna worked in the Gibson Garage for over 2 years working in the presence of musical legends visiting the store such as Chris Stapleton, Ashley McBryde, Lukas Nelson, Emmylou Harris, Slash, Billy Gibbons, Jimmy Page and many more. Jenna has also been in the process of recording her biggest passion project to date, her debut EP “Breakthrough”. Thanks to the connections Jenna made at work, she was able to record in one of the most beautiful recording studios in Tennessee, Dark Horse Recording. Gibson has come right alongside Jenna in helping to promote her new music coming out in 2024. Jenna was also recently promoted to working in Gibson’s headquarters in Nashville.
